Pharmacy Weight Loss Penrith is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription dispensing services to patients in Penrith, UK. We operate in full compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council's standards for registered pharmacies.
To use our services, you must:
We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where, in our professional judgement, it is not clinically appropriate. Approval is at the sole discretion of our prescribing pharmacist.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical review of your submitted consultation by our GPhC-registered pharmacist prescriber. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may result in your account being suspended. Prescriptions are issued for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
Payment is required in full at the time of submitting your consultation request. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Your payment is processed securely and your card details are not stored by us. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and a prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times are subject to the performance of our courier partners and circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to your registered delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by you.
You may cancel your order at any time before a prescription has been clinically approved. To cancel, contact us immediately at the details provided on our website.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. If your order is not clinically approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
In the event of a dispensing error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your GP or any other primary healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to complement, not substitute, professional medical advice. You should inform your GP of any weight loss treatments you are undertaking.
Weight loss medications may carry risks and side effects. You are responsible for reading all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any serious or unexpected side effects, stop use and seek immediate medical attention by contacting NHS 111 or your GP.
We handle your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing safe and appropriate healthcare services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Full details are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
